Looks nothing like the pictures. The main good thing about the hotel is location, close to haram. Walking distance is less than where some shuttle buses park so if proximity is important then at this price point this is a good option. Very basic hotel. The beds were small. Tea/coffee making facilities are located nowhere near a power socket so needed two people to heat the kettle- one to hold the tray and another to plug it in/out! In a quad room very little other space for cases even. It was alright for one night but would have struggled for longer with children. The hotel is in a building with a shop on the ground floor, there is also a relatively cheap barbar shop on site which was handy for the men. Need to use lift to get to reception which is on floor above and then another lift from reception floor to get to rooms.

Overall excellent service by team members of mira ajyad hotel. It just that, if you plan to enter saudi arabia using umrah visa, it is very hard to reach hotel to request for approval in nusuk system.. i tried various way to reach them to request for approval in nusuk system in order to proceed with our visa application..end up the 4th application finally approved. 1 week before leaving for our umrah 訂房網站, we manage to get our visa. I had to find another way to reach hotel. *************, ***** ease everything..

First they told us no booking. Then got Trip involved then they agreed. But bathroom very small and very dirty. All water coming out shower tray. No shower door. Only great thing it was so close to Haram Sharif only 4 mins walking
